may not

together.
Only
an Agent
can ask
the sort
of questions
necessary
to decide
mortgage
prospects.
Also
remember
the
"buyer"
will
tell
you
what
he thinks
you
want
to hear
- which
is not
always
how
it actually
is.
use
a flood
of sales
talk
On
viewings
keep in
the background
and let
the Agent
do his
job.
attempt
to sell
carpets,
etc
before
you have
sold the
house.
Do not
include
such items
as curtains
and floor
coverings
in your
asking
figure.
Leave
these
items
for later
negotiations.
